Hospitals who would like to serve as a CAOS Reference Clinic need to fulfill the following minimum
requirements:
Five years of practical experience with CAOS technology
At least 25% of all surgeries of a given type (i.e., arthroplasty,
spine, pelvis) are performed with navigational or robotic support
CAOS technology is used at least five times per week
One member of the surgical staff is an active member of CAOS-International
Inexpensive, temporary accommodation is available to guests either on the
campus or in close proximity
At present, 18 hospitals throughout the World have been certified as Reference Clinics and may serve as
hosts for those who plan to go for a CAOS-Internatinonal Scholarship. The full listing is available
